No reply received after apply for a free test or a Sub?

Check your SPAM box ( for ex. Gmail or Hotmail often put our replies in the SPAM folder)

Do you have a glitch or no image?

Send u an email and provide us the following information:

Country:
Device:
Internet Type (VDSL/Fiber/Cable) and Speed.
Channels Name (EXACT channel name for example BBC1 FHD UK)

Description of what is wrong.

How long does it take until i received my account?

The delivery time can take from an hour to maximum a day.
Also check your SPAM folder and add us to your trusted emails.

Is Fast-Forward available by Phone?

No, every question will be answered via our email address or discord.

I received a link; but how can i watch it?

Clicking on the link does not give you automatically an image as you need an application.
See our tutorials about the different software platforms.
Most common errors are bad copies of the link (by typing it over) or end of subscription time.

Can a VPN be used?

Yes you can but we are not responsible if your sub does not work via VPN.

Is EPG available?

I do not have a paypal account. How can i pay?

You can also pay via Bank Transfer/ IDEAL/BANCONTACT / Skrill or with Crypto.
Crypto address can be requested via Email.

Where can I use Fast-Forward?

Our service can be received anywhere around the planet, assuming you have access to a fast internet connection.
Because we provide non geographically restricted streams, there is no need for a VPN service.
But you may use it to protect yourself.

My account is not working anymore; Do I have an IP-ban?

In case you can no longer download the M3U-file, please send us an email or contact via discord and we will check what is wrong.

I use Kodi and I have a different Build/Skin loaded and Live tv is no longer available.

Kodi is no longer supported as there are a lot of great app you can use.

Do capacity problems occur during Live sport events?

No, they do generally not. During e.g. sports events, election results, New Year´s Eve or similar mass events, there is obviously much more internet traffic.
The entire network can be overloaded and this could defect global connections issue.
It might incidentally occur that a source encounters sudden disturbances because of an overload.
In this case the problem lies with another supplier.
But always keep in mind that internet traffic is a very complex technology before the signal finally reaches your home.

Does the free 24-Hour trial link differ from a paid link?

No, it does not.

Can i use my Mag account in Kodi or other App?

Unfortunately not. M3U and VU+/XSARIUS/FORMULER/AMIKO ID Devices are two entirely different protocols and interfaces.
We  now only support Xtream code.

When can i extend my subscription?

You can prolong or renew your subscription at any desired moment. We paste the extension or renewal directly onto the end-date of your account.
So suppose you buy a one-month subscription and you like to extend it to a year, you will be granted 13 months.
So there is no need to postpone till the last minute.

Am I stuck on a subscription?

No, you are not.
Fast-Forward works according to the prepaid principle.
That means that you do not subscribe, but buy a link with a particular date of ending.
You have no contract, no alliance, no banking authorization, no mechanic at your doorstep.
However once bought a link, regardless for how long, you cannot cancel that or get a refund.

Does Fast-Forward also work a a Smart TV?

Yes it does.
It depends on what kind of Smart TV you have.
For Samsung and LG smart platform we now only support IBO PLAYER PRO app.

So IBO PLAYER PRO  is a friendly and easy app, but most certainly not a replacement for a separate Media Player, frequently named a TVBox.

If your tv has an Android smart platform you can also use IBO PLAYER PRO app but our own apps FASTMATE and FASTXTREAM can be installed.

What Kind of Devices do you recommend?

– The HOMATICS R4 PLUS , FORMULER Z12 and XSARIUS SNIPER 3 are our selections of TOP boxes.
We do not advice a Chinese box as they are not intended for the European Market.

– For Windows 11 we recommend also IBO PLAYER PRO app.

– Apple TV / IPAD /Iphone also IBO PLAYER PRO app.

Be aware though that 50,– Euro Android Boxes are often unsuitable to watch Full HD TV without interference, however it is all up to you.
