1. Go to settings and then system settings in the inner portal.
2. Go to software update, press OK and then the red button to upgrade the software.
   Wait and the box will restart.
3. Go to Servers/General and write pool.ntp.org and push OK and go back.
4. Press Portals and on Portal 1 you set it up like this:
   Portal name: Fast-Forward
   Portal URL: will be on your subscription email.
5. Press OK to save
6. Go to Advanced settings to change the time zone (if needed) for EPG to work.7. Reboot your device

AMIKO/XSARIUS: (No longer supported by Fast-Forward)

1. Open the Mytv App/ Premium App.
2. Go to Portal setup
3. Select a portal to be modified
4. Portal name: Fast-ForwardPortal URL: will be on your subscription email.
5. Press OK to save

Note: Before all this is working your MAC address must be added by your Fast-Forward team member.
If your portals are not free to be edited contact Fast-Forward about it.
