Route A First choice
Install IBO Player Pro on Windows 11

You install the app yourself from the Microsoft Store. We then activate it and link your subscription for you.

1. Install the app
  1. Open the Microsoft Store in Windows 11.
  2. Search for IBO Player Pro and choose Get or Install.Several apps with similar names exist. The right app refers to the website iboproapp.com. Not sure? Send us a screenshot first.
  3. Open the app and allow access to media if Windows asks for it.
2. Activate and link your subscription
  1. The start screen shows a MAC address and a Device Key. Take a screenshot or write both down, and keep them safe.
  2. Order your licence via the IBO Player Pro page if you do not have one yet.Not sure yet? The app can be used free for 6 days, so you can test it first.
  3. Send the MAC address and Device Key to your Fast-Forward team member on WhatsApp or Discord. We activate the app and link your subscription.
  4. Close the app completely and open it again. Your channels, films and series now appear.
Keep your codes. After reinstalling Windows or removing the app data, the MAC address can change. With your old MAC address and Device Key we can move your activation to the new code.

Fastmate V2 on Windows 11 with LDPlayer

LDPlayer is a free Android emulator: it runs a virtual Android device in a window on your PC. Inside it you can install Fastmate V2, just like on an Android box. It takes more steps, and you may need to change a setting in your PC's BIOS.

What you need
  • Windows 11, 64-bit
  • Virtualization (VT) switched on
  • A Google account for the Play Store
  • Your Fast-Forward details and download password
1. Check virtualization
  1. Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc), go to Performance and choose CPU.
  2. Check the line Virtualization. Enabled? Go to step 2.
  3. Disabled? Restart the PC, open the BIOS or UEFI and switch on Intel Virtualization Technology, VT-x, SVM or AMD-V.The name and the key to open the BIOS differ per PC brand. LDPlayer also shows a help screen when VT is off.
2. Install LDPlayer
  1. Download LDPlayer only from the official website ldplayer.net and run the installer.
  2. Start LDPlayer, open the Play Store and sign in with your Google account.
  3. In the LDPlayer settings, set the resolution to Tablet (landscape) for a TV-like picture.
3. Install Fastmate V2
  1. On your PC, go to fast-forward.online/downloads/ and choose Fastmate V2. Ask your Fast-Forward team member for the current password.
  2. Download the Fastmate V2 file to your PC.
  3. Drag the file onto the LDPlayer window. LDPlayer installs it automatically.
4. Add your subscription
  1. Open Fastmate V2, choose Add playlist and select your provider or Service.
  2. Enter the details you received from Fast-Forward, tick Include TV channels and Include VOD, and choose Next.
  3. Use the arrow keys, Enter and Esc on your keyboard as a remote control. The mouse works too.

Not actively supported. This route is for users who are comfortable with PC settings. LDPlayer is third-party software and performance depends on your PC. We gladly send you your subscription details, but the Fast-Forward team does not give support on LDPlayer or on Fastmate V2 inside an emulator.

  1. Connect the box to the HDMI input of your monitor and plug in the power adapter.
  2. Choose the HDMI input with the buttons on your monitor.
  3. No speakers in your monitor? Use headphones or speakers on the audio output of the monitor, or a Bluetooth headset with the box.

Which option is the easiest?
IBO Player Pro. You install one app, send us two codes and we do the rest. It is also the only Windows 11 app our team fully supports.
Can I use Fastmate V2 on Windows 11?
Yes, via an Android emulator such as LDPlayer (Route B). It works, but it takes more steps and is not actively supported. With a box on your monitor (Route C) you get Fastmate V2 without any hassle.
Can't Windows 11 run Android apps by itself?
Not anymore. Microsoft stopped its Android subsystem for Windows 11 in 2025. An emulator like LDPlayer is now the way to run Android apps on Windows 11.
Is LDPlayer free and safe?
LDPlayer is free to use. Download it only from the official website ldplayer.net and never from other download sites.
