Fast-Forward no longer supports MAC ID portals. Every subscription now works with Xtream Codes: a personal username and password that is much safer. Use it in our Fastmate V2 app or in IBO Player Pro.
With a MAC ID portal, the MAC address of your box was your only login: there was no password. MAC addresses follow a fixed pattern and can be guessed or copied with automated tools. That meant strangers could use a subscription that was not theirs, which caused dropouts and blocked connections for our customers.
Xtream Codes solves this. You log in with a server address, a personal username and a password that only you know. Your old portal settings on Formuler, Amiko, Xsarius or MAG no longer work.
Ask your Fast-Forward team member for your Xtream details if you do not have them yet. Then pick the app that fits your device.
